Orma Jane Jewett of Vale Perkins, Quebec died unexpectedly on Sunday evening, June 26, 2016. She leaves to mourn, her sisters, Sandra and Carolyn Jewett, her nephews, David and Jim Milton; as well as her extended family, Paul and Sue, plus a multitude of friends and family. Jane was the youngest daughter of the late George U. Jewett and his wife, Orma Jane Booth. Jane lived her entire life in the family home at Vale Perkins, where her warm personality and sharing nature radiated to all she met. Visitation will be held at the
on Thursday, July 7th, from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm, and on Friday July 8th at St-Cajetan Church from 11am, until the service. A celebration of Jane's life will take place on Friday, July 8th, 2016 at the St-Cajetan Catholic Church, Main Street, Mansonville 1pm. A reception will follow the service at the Owl's Head Ski Chalet. Interment of her ashes will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, and in her memory, donations to the First Responders Municipality of Potton, or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
