Growing up in Sweetsburg, I knew Alta and her sister, Grace, very well. Her parents were like family to me. I was thinking of her recently wondering how she was, as I hadn't seen her in a Very long time. My deepest sympathy to Nancy and Jay.

Nancy and Jay, Being a Sweetsburg brat, I have so many memories of your Mom and you both. Your Mom never questioned when we would use your yard as a pass through towards home. A few times she would scare me if I was walking through and she was out back hanging laundry, and she would give me a little scare!!! Please accept my deepest condolences and keep all of your wonderful memories close to your heart. Big hugs sent to you both.
