David Tibbitts

C’est avec une très grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de David qui nous a quitté subitement à l’âge de 71 ans, à l’hôpital Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke.
Cher époux depuis 47 ans de Cheryl Squires, père d’Amanda (Trevor), il laisse également dans le deuil, ses deux grandes joies, ses petits-fils James et Jace, son frère, Larry, ses sœurs, Sally (Allen) et Donna (Bertrand), ses beaux-frères et belles-sœurs ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Il nous a été pris beaucoup trop tôt. Les gens qui l’on connus pourront dire quel homme merveilleux il était, comme époux, père, grand-père, frère et ébéniste. Il vivra à tout jamais dans nos cœurs ainsi qu’à la maison entourée de tous les meubles qu’il a fabriqués. Un service funéraire aura lieu au cimetière de South Stukely à une date ultérieure.

With deep regret and sadness, we inform you the sudden and unexpected passing of David at the age of 71, surrounded by family at the Hotel-Dieu hospital in Sherbrooke.
Cherished husband of Cheryl Squires of 47 years, father of Amanda (Trevor), as well as his two greatest joys, his grandsons, James and Jace. Brother to Larry, Sally (Allen) and Donna (Bertrand), other sister-in-laws and brother-in laws as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was taken from us far too soon. Everyone that knew him will say that he was an amazing man, brother, husband, father, grandfather and woodworker. He will forever live on in our hearts and homes with the furniture he has made.A graveside side service will be held in South Stukely cemetery at a later date.
